Public Beta Testing Agreement
TradesHelper is currently operating in a public Beta phase. The software is provided "as is" and "as available". By registering an account and inputting business data, you acknowledge that you are participating in beta testing and that data replication or continuous uptime are not guaranteed.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TradesHelper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the Service.
2. Registration & Account Security
To use the Service, you must create a secure profile by submitting verification codes sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Beta Release Conditions & Uptime Limitations
As this is a Beta service, features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We make no commitments regarding availability, uptime guarantees, or response times. You are strongly advised to maintain secondary, offline backups of all documents (such as quotes, invoices, and certificates) created using the Service.
4. Financial & Compliance Calculations
TradesHelper provides estimate templates, tax computations (including VAT calculations), and digital certificate generators for convenience. However, you retain sole responsibility for ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of all quotes, invoices, and certs issued to your customers. We assume no liability for accounting discrepancies, incorrect tax filings, or local licensing non-compliance.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
TradesHelper lets you maintain contact logs and chat histories with your customers (referred to in-app as "customers"). You represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from your customers to input their contact details and process their communication logs under applicable privacy regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradesHelper, its owners, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
